- Oracle Techno Functional consultant with 5 to 10+ years of Overall experience on Oracle ERP with at least 2+ years working on Oracle Supply Planning Cloud and SCM Cloud either in implementation/development/Support of the following Oracle Fusion modules: Order Management, Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management, Sourcing and Procurement and Inventory
- Has thorough knowledge on end to end process on one or more listed modules.
- Hands on experience on Oracle Fusion tables, views and setups
- Hands on experience on SQL, Interfaces, Integration, report development experience with OTBI
- Must has exposure working with Contract Manufactures, EDI partners, 3PLs
- Experience resolving production tickets by doing root cause analysis and adhering to SLAs
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment by working with Technical / Functional and Business Teams/ End Users
- Triage and resolve production support tickets effectively, accurately, efficiently and be adept in problem/defect resolution
- Follow up with product vendors on SRs, Patching, Bugs and product updates through issue closure.
- Excellent documentation skills, preparing various project documents viz Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Training materials, Update
Knowledge Repository, Run Books etc.
