JOB DETAIL

Position: Helpdesk Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

  

Job Description: 

The position needs to be in shifts starting 4 pm to 12 pm Midnight- EST time zone

 

Required skills

SFDC Helpdesk resource will monitor the logs, email inbox etc and provide helpdesk support services.

Two years installing, configuring, maintaining, and trouble-shooting personal

computers and related equipment, operating systems, and software applications

Experience with remote troubleshooting preferred
