· Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (i.e. Marketing Cloud - Email Studio, Journey Builder; Mobile Studio; MCP - Segments, Web Templates and Campaigns)
· 5+ years’ experience delivering highly-effective digital/email marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
· Solid experience with performance reporting/success measurement 
· HTML/CSS

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
