Program Delivery Manager- Retail

Beaverton, OR (Remote until pandemic)

Long Term Contract

Retail domain & Delivery management experience/background is a must

Job Requirement below:

10+ years of Program delivery Management experience leading large enterprise programs with budgets over $2M. Experience of 3+ years as a Scrum Master running tech teams.
Strong Project planning, execution experience
Excellent team player and manager
Well-polished communication and able to manage a diverse set of stakeholder groups from developers thru VPs.
Effectively work on both onsite- offshore model
Retail experience mandatory
Experience in digital transformation and managing digital portfolio
High emotional intelligence to navigate political landscape
Experience in SafE agile methodology is a plus. Experience with Planview, Clarity and Aha! is good to have.
