We are looking for PM candidates to work in individual contributor role/capacity with our customers in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Business operations, Case management/ticket processing
- Customer engagement (Microsoft’s medium to large customers)
- Risk monitoring & remediation
- Create senior leadership team reports (including ad-hoc reports as needed)
- Create metrics by leveraging data
- Prioritization of customers and tasks
- Escalation resolution related to Microsoft Azure Platform.
Qualifications (must have):
- 6-8 years of project analyst/lead/manager experience in infrastructure operations/support environment.
- Azure fundamentals, Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture and Offerings
- Should have the ability to use knowledge of the Microsoft Azure architecture and offerings to provide customer resolution and proactive customer recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail with excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Customer engagement experience
- Strong MS Office skills in Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of leveraging tools/dashboards, reporting using Microsoft PowerBI or similar reporting tools.
- Handle challenging and politically sensitive customer situations, communicate effectively to customers on the progress of tasks
Skillset:
- Customer experience, Azure knowledge, analytical skills, knowledge on reporting tools, should have work experience in IC role, coordination skills with cross functional teams, proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills.
