Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Location            :           Billerica-MA or Durham-NC   Remote till covid

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide in-depth analysis and documentation of source system data elements and corresponding objects and attributes in Enterprise Data Management and/or Master Data Management platforms.

Develop documentation and processes to validate data in the EDM/MDM.

Work with QA teams to develop test plans for data completeness and accuracy for the functionality being delivered.

Work with application support teams to develop appropriate documentation for level 2 support of the EDM/MDM platform.

Provide level 3 production support for EIM systems, analysing data issues and documenting appropriate resolutions.

Knowledge of reporting tools and databases

Proficient in relational data base tools, including SQL
