• Work closely with customers and departments to address technical issues and system design requirements.
• Analyze information and recommend the installation of new systems, focusing on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate and understand business requirements in the Semiconductor industry.
• Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using out-of-the-box product features to minimize customization.
• Configure and set up MES master data, adapting it to customer requirements, improving performance, and upgrading interfaces.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively.
• Ensure thorough testing (unit testing, functional testing, integration testing) and documentation of MES solutions.
• Provide deployment support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live support for MES implementations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) domain, specifically within the Semiconductor industry.
• Experience in MES Business Analysis, Due Diligence, and Fit Gap Analysis.
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end Manufacturing processes and MES modules.
• Proficiency in writing SQL stored procedures for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing of MES solutions.
• Technical and functional documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
