             Hands on experience on C++ programming and experience with related frameworks and technologies

             Work on the Tasks created by Client support & Prod Support team with in Case Tracker tool for any PROD & BUAT issues.

             Root cause analysis for issues reported in Case tracker

             Fix issues reported in Case tracker (including on various RKS Utilities)

             Prepare data fix scripts to fix any operational issue occurred in PROD and BUAT environment.

             Perform trend analysis on recurring issues and provide permanent solutions

             Review data fixes prepared by L2 team

             Should be able to understand technical requirements from customer and communicate to the team and track the requirements to closure.
