- Knowledge working on Loan systems, Banking and Financial sector domain preferred.

- 5+ years of experience with software testing

- 5+ years of experience with mainframe testing, batch processing, jcl

- Experience with mainframe tools (CA, Filemaster, TN3270)

- Expertise in quality assurance process, practices

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies

- Knowledge of full system development life cycles

- Familiar with Agile concepts and teams

- Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to determine the root causes of the identified issues.

- Strong communication, Organizational and Time Management skills.

- Mentor and guide team members and work with distributed teams.

- Lead projects and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders
