*Hands on experience with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) products like OneSPan (product) RSA.
*Experienced in troubleshooting MFA issues at server level.
*Hands on with writing JavaScript and python code pertaining to OneSpan/RSA.
Participate as a highly skilled member on a team of Cyber Security Engineers, providing Principle Engineer Support for Multi Factor Authentication, strong authentication, and continual authentication (Zero trust)  and how it integrates into Identity and Access Management systems.   This role is specifically for technical strategy and engineering, and fourth level support of a token platform used by client and Internal users and will require interfacing with vendor engineering personnel as well as internal IAM teams to deliver a premiere customer support experience.    This role includes the planning, design, engineering, testing and implementation phases of information security projects, as assigned by management.   Strong communication skills and effective management of relationships with key support partners, line of business representatives, and vendors is required for this role. Heavy collaboration required across the IAM Core Engineering and Production Support team and the broader Cyber Security organization.
