- Able to read and write queries in SAS, Database Queries (SQL, Snowflake) for sustain/migration activities related to existing reports and new requirements.
- Create, manage, and participate in change requests and incidents (i.e., trouble tickets) for infrastructure and application changes and issues for supported applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot supported application jobs, configurations, performance, etc.
- Participate in Platform migration activities.
- Manage and resolve application vulnerabilities.
- Perform Data migration activities and assist as needed.
- Create application monitoring configurations (tracking, alerts, etc.).
- Able to participate scrum meetings and use Jira and Agile Kanban to handle user stories and issues.
- Work with Client technical teams on change requests and incidents to deliver on business goals, resolve vulnerabilities, troubleshoot, etc.
- Work with Client business teams to determine technical requirements for business goals.

Mandatory Experience:
- 4+ years performing application sustain / support, migration activities for technologies such as Snowflake, SAS and including change management, incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years of working experience
- Experience working in SAS modules such as Base SAS, Adv. SAS.
- Experience automating manual processes.
- Experience writing and running SQL queries using an RDBMS such as Oracle, Snowflake and exposure to Linux, scheduling tools.
