Sits within Business Integration / System Integration andtheir goal within their team is to ensure that business requirements are beingdocumented. Support overall organization by making sure they documentrequirements, business rules, manage gov’t programs and process flows.

Looking for an enthusiastic BA ready to hit the ground anddocument. Documenting is the “key element.” It is the result of what they do.The heart of the role is being able to communicate effectively and efficiently.Work with SMEs / stakeholders on various tasks they are working on as well asleadership.

Complete Solicitation sessions

Work with Senior leadership in beginning of solicitationprocess for appropriate approvals.

Partner with appropriate/impacted groups to solicit how theyare impacted by changes from a business analysis perspective.

Gain an understanding of how projects/programs are impactedand think through the process and if the solution make sense / will it impactsomething else already in play / is it aligned with organizational goals.

Document process flows within Visio

Identify and document requirements and solutions.

Work cross functionally with billing, operational readiness,etc.

3-5 years of experience. Open to less experience as well.Word, Visio and PowerPoint skills

Analytical skills and natural curiosity

Excellent communication

Ability to document to write well, knowing how tocommunicate effectively to the audience

Technology background a plus, not required
