• Should have experience in Scrum Master role.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.
   

Job Description:

• Proficient in Data skills, Liaise with all the connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap. Participate in Design Sprints.
• Validate the functional design. Help prioritize backlogs.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Coach Team members on the Agile Scrum practices and principles.
• Assist Product Owner in defining Product Logs. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical background. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
