Works with Product Managers, Business clients, Architects & technical teams to document business requirements and translate into system requirements 
• Document business scenarios, UX design by creating mockup/wireframes 
• Develops and manages requirements documentation that defines key functional and non-functional requirements to achieve program objectives. 
• Writes requirements geared towards an agile development environment specifically around use cases, user stories and scenarios/business rules. 
• Works with architects to ensure requirements are adequately incorporated into system design. 
• Supports architecture, delivery teams and testing with enquiries about requirements 
• Support UAT and production validation of the various automation solutions 
Qualifications / Skills 
• 5+ Years of experience of business analysis work, 2+ Years in an agile environment 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Experience of documenting requirements via Use Cases, Features & User Stories. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex principles to business users 
• Strong critical thinking in complex situations with an ability to deal with ambiguity 
• Knowledge of healthcare industry 
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
