JOB DETAIL

  • Assign work and set priorities for team
  • Schedule and conduct weekly status meetings with stakeholders, Project-team including IT team to review status, progress, issues & risks and action items
  • Work with IT Team and Business team for release planning
  • Act as central point of contact for escalations
  • Track project escalations which require attention for resolution
  • Collate inputs from business stakeholders, review and aggregate them to generate requirements
  • Interpret business needs and define initial scope for the business changes
  • Design new business logic by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; review system capabilities, write specifications for changes
  • Identify sources of requirements and understand how business rules help determine the relative validity of requirements
  • Gather reasoning and business benefits of requirements and requirements clarifications
  • Manage capturing, analyzing, tracing, and agreeing on requirements and facilitating change and communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and document all business, technical, product and process requirements and explain these, as needed, in IT terminology to development and testing team
  • Evaluate project requests for benefit analysis and provide inputs to prioritization of future work
  • Ensure non-functional requirements and those mandated for business compliance rules are evaluated
  • Conduct impact analysis and user interviews to translate conceptual requirements into system changes
  • Work with business team to identify alternative processes for on-hold, pending and Work In Progress (WIP) requirements to resolve un-fulfilled business needs
  • Conduct workshops for requirements gathering involving business and IT team
  • Document the business processes to be fulfilled and what user is expecting the system to do in the requirements document
  • Document process inputs and outputs, organize requirements by process, sequence the operations and user roles and resposiblities in the requirements document
  • Conduct walkthrough, reviews and follow-up for approvals
  • PMP/Agile-Certification preferred
