SAP MM Materials Management - Design an MRP business process for taking planned FG orders (already created in Blue Yonder and transferred into SAP via an existing interface) through the MRP process to PO line item releases off of blank orders (contracts) for purchased plastic resins. Includes detailed design of MRP (configuration and master data) as well as purchasing releases. Key skill for this roll is the MRP requirement through creating purchase orders. Knowledge of quota arrangements would be helpful.

Skills:

1. Design MRP (from supply and demand, generating purchase requisition to creating purchase orders and communicating to suppliers)

2. Should understand SAP contracts and quota arrangements

3. Fully understand and develop requirements for BOMs and Material masters as it relates to (1)

4. Able to help build and deliver training materials and job aides

5. Create workplans for implementing scope in (1)

6. Analyze MRP outputs for correctness/accuracy, identify issues, and may improvement recommendations – so able to query and downloads SAP data (familiar with relevant tables) as well as analyze data
