Job Responsibilities 
Professional level IT experience which includes demonstrated experience in developing and/or modifying new and existing applications, including requi. 
Direct experience as a ServiceNow Admin and/or Developer, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management, core ITSM (Chang 
HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST API, GraphQL 
Knowledge of Active Directory; ADAM/AD LDS servers; and LDAP. Experience managing users, roles, groups, and ACLs 
Demonstrated advanced scripting/reporting capability including both client and server side scripting 
Demonstrated experience related to relational databases, programming and content management frameworks 
Experience with iterative and/or Agile Scrum development methodologies 
Experience with ServiceNow platform versions Quebec, Rome or San Diego 
ServiceNow Admin Certification (CSA) 
ServiceNow Developer Certification 
Experience with ServiceNow Flow designer and Automated Testing framework 
Testing (Unit, Integrated) 
Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3) 
Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies 
Understanding of enterprise IT architecture 
Single Sign-On using Digested Token, SAML 1.1, and SAML 2.0
