•    Microservices
o    Expertise in producing and consuming microservices using Spring Boot framework.
o    Microservice Architecture & Principles
o    Design solutions (API Versioning , Inter service communication, Securing Microservices etc.)
•    Containerization
o    Knowledge on Docker
o    Kubernetes orchestration (Good to have)
•    Database
o    Data Modelling
    Design and create optimized tables
o    Expertise in writing optimized SQLs and stored procedures.
    Performance Tuning (Understanding query execution plan, Performance tune the queries, Performance tune the indexes)
•    Application Security - OAuth / SSO (Single sign on) / Token / JWT (JSON web token) / SSL
( Must have knowledge on any of the above items or anything else should be good)
•    Servers - Load balancers, Web / App Servers (Apache Tomcat), Application Servers (Weblogic, Jboss , WSO2 etc.), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), API Manager gateway (Must have knowledge on some of the servers in this area)
•    Messaging Queue (RabbitMQ) or Java messaging service (JMS) or Apache Kafka (Must have knowledge on any of the messaging systems)
