Defining the performance test strategy for JOANN?s system landscape? Planning how to achieve the performance strategy and monitoring the progress? Overseeing system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.? Serving in a lead capacity on assigned projects, working in cross-functional teams to characterize and improve system performance? Designing tests with complex workloads to expose potential bottlenecks and failure points.? Executing and analyzing performance tests routinely and recording history of the results.? Executing tests prior to anticipated heavy traffic periods to assist in providing sign-off that the application is prepared for a large load of users.? Conduct technical presentations to educate teams on how to improve system performance.
