• BSME, or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Document Controls and PDM systems.

Experience with ISO 9001 environment, Change Order/Work Order documentation processes is highly desirable                                 • Familiarity with Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems

•  Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Identify design alternatives, trade-offs, and areas of risk.

• Design and develop top-level engineering assembly documents suitable for agency certification to control the build of products. Create the method for the most efficient assembly of parts and sub-assemblies

• Collaborate with other engineers and functional resources to provide system solutions that are modular and cost effective

Manage the review and release of new controlled documents.

• Support the archival, retrieval, and update process for all controlled documents

· Lead Engineering Change Order meetings and reviews to ensure the ECO process is followed for all releases

· Design and develop the Product Master file and Bill of Material structure in an MRP system and include document media for future reference and look-up

· Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to make sure the correct stakeholders have the right level of involvement in the process

· Write new and upgrade existing ISO9000 documents for the Engineering Department.

· Support internal and external process audits

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written required as well as a complete understanding of the product development cycle. Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively working on cross-functional teams.

• Must have an open attitude for continuous improvement and the ability to perform under stress and meet project goals. Must be able to perform essential job functions safely and work within established company guidelines.

•Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products

•Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

•Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
