•             4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.

•             5+ years’ experience operating a Customer Data Platform (AgileOne, ActionIQ, Amperity or homegrown CDP solution).

•             Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

•             Solid experience in Marketing schema design, dimensional data modeling, data structures and algorithms.

•             Strong experience in handling large volume of batch data using ETL/ELT technologies, high-frequency data streaming (Kafka or equivalent), pre-built connectors for third party systems (Adobe tool stack, ESPs, LiveRamp, etc..) and backend service integrations.  

•             Strong working experience in design and development using programing languages such as Python.

•             Familiarity of CDP capabilities such as profile unification, identity management/resolution and loyalty householding.

•             Experience with Marketing campaign managements/journey orchestration, a plus.

•             Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, Google, AWS) and container-based architecture.

•             Experience with build pipelines (Jenkins) and software build tools (python packaging, sbt, gradle).

•             Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced
