• Senior Manager with well-versed with eBIZ technologies and Cloud implementation projects.
• This position requires extensive experience in client interaction, managing the team at offshore & onsite.
• Take end to end responsibility for a project, build project team, schedule assignments, monitor review report project status, manage risk ensure successful delivery and implementation ensure highest levels of services offerings to the client within the guidelines, policies and norms.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Overall 12-15+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing projects with EBS technologies, Oracle Cloud
• Daily Project management throughout the project life cycle
• Defining the project governance (controls)
• Planning the overall project and monitoring the progress
• Managing the project’s budget
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects
• Managing stakeholders’ communication
• Aligning the deliverables to the project’s outcome
• Status reporting at Steering committee level
Preferred Qualifications:
• Managed Oracle eBiz upgrade, implementation and Oracle cloud Oracle Cloud Implementations /migration projects
• Work in onsite-offshore model with flexibility to attends meetings late evening/early mornings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leading Agile, SDLC based projects
• Certifications in Oracle Technologies, PMP is a huge plus
