   •    Deploy, maintain, and manage production systems (Windows and Linux infrastructure) to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
    •    Familiar with Automation tools – AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform
    •    Ensure IT security standards and remediate vulnerabilities detected within IT systems
    •    Required to provide production support to IT business applications, working alongside application owners.
Skills
    •    10+ years of Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SSO, DNS and related Microsoft technologies
    •    Strong Linux administration experience – administration, installation, and configuration
    •    Public Cloud experience – AWS is mandatory, but nice to be familiar with other cloud solutions
    •    Strong understanding of EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, data lake and other AWS Services
    •    Experience with server and application monitoring – with Nagios or any other enterprise monitoring solution like Dynatrace or Newrelic
    •    Experience in scripting - Windows PowerShell or Linux Shell Script, need to know how to automate manual tasks/processes
    •    Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure technologies
    •    Experience with ITIL process knowledge – ServiceNow experience is a plus
    •    Experience within Healthcare IT domain is preferred
    •    Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent IT industry experience
