Good understanding of relational databases and proficiencyin writing queries (SQL and PL SQL)

Some experience with incident management, leading both onand off-hours ad hoc support teams

Some experience with various Software DevelopmentMethodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.

Some experience building, writing and executing test cases(using technologies such as JIRA / Confluence, Selenium, Loadrunner, is a plus)

Good communicator - Ability to communicate verbally and intechnical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive,contextually appropriate manner.

Proven ability in interpreting customer business needs andtranslating them into application and operational requirements
