• Strong Manufacturing/Distribution industry background SME
• Competence in requirements gathering for BI reports (preferably in the FP&A area)
• Engagement in BI/PowerBI projects is a Plus
• Must have experience in requirement elicitation from business stakeholders
• Should be able to moderate requirement gathering workshops for understanding As-Is process and define To-Be processes
• Experience in creating epics and feature stories
• data warehousing and visualization experience is nice to have
• Should document the existing business process/rules/logic and To-Be requirements for building the BRD and FRD
• Responsible to assess business requirements and provide design leadership to address impact analysis to process flows, systems impact, and application impact analysis
• Ability to capture and appropriately communicate project business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement)
• Gap Analysis - Business Requirements Evaluation vs. Best-in-Class practices
• Business Processes Definition – From business objectives to application process definitions
