• Business Process • Process Flow Analysis • Detailed Functional Design • Project Plans • Test Plans/Test Scripts

• Technical Background / Degree Program preferred.

• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Data analysis skills, basic SQL/Database querying skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills.
