•             8-10 years of Enterprise DC & infrastructure knowledge with ability to Design / deploy / manage / operate-transfer Data center 

•             5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience to plan / design / deliver infra-solutions for customers

•             5+ years in the delivery of data centers and mission-critical facilities

•             Demonstrable project management experience having successfully led multidisciplinary teams on design and/or construction of building and/or infrastructure projects 

•             Solid experience on DC operations from racking / stacking

o             Power capacity understanding 

o             Rack capacity planning 

o             HW capacity planning on business needs

•             Hands on experience in responding / creating proposals, RFPs and RFIs based on requirements

•             A holistic understanding of IT infrastructure inclusive of server, storage, network, database, systems, DR/business recovery and continuity practices, etc
