- 5+ yrs. of experience in Oracle HCM project implementations as a technical developer
- Completed at least 2 full ERP or HCM oracle cloud project implementations
- Extensive knowledge on underlying Database Structure for HCM Oracle cloud
- Extensive Oracle Technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL
- Extensively worked on BI publisher reports, migration and workflow components.
- Experience building webservices
Functional
- Experience with conducting business process analysis, documents, decisions and configure requirements
- Provide recommendations and solutions for configuration and design with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
- Strong Understanding of business process within HR at all levels (Employees, Managers and HR business partners)
Experience and complete functional expertise of Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits Etc
