• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of PeopleSoft applications functionality and technology
• Provide remote-based functional support for multiple PeopleSoft modules with a strong emphasis on FSCM Inventory
• Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice
• Develop application break fixes for critical product defects
• Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data issues
• Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity
• Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations

Experience 

• Minimum of 10 years relevant hands-on experience as a consultant or production support provider, specifically with PeopleSoft FSCM
• Multiple full implementation life-cycle experience, configuration, and support of the PeopleSoft FSCM application
• Familiarity with all FSCM modules with a strong emphasis on FSCM Inventory   
• Worked remotely in a virtual environment
• Demonstrable history solving complex problems across multiple modules
• Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes
• Knowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and PeopleSoft architecture

Skills

• Expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and below
• Subject Matter Expertise in areas of Inventory required
• Additional Expertise or experience in Contracts, Project Costing, Supply Planning, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing or nVision preferred
• Expertise in SQR, Application Engines, Integration Broker, PeopleCode/Application Packages, Component Interface, SQL
• Ability to generate, retrieve, and analyze complex trace files required to troubleshoot and fix application issues, such as SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, COBOL, etc. 
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tactfully resolve conflict
• Ability to be persuasive and influence customer relationships in a positive direction
• Transferrable skills with reasonable capability to work in PeopleSoft applications outside of established skill set
• Development skills using App Designer and other delivered PeopleSoft tools
• Extreme focus on Client satisfaction
