Minimum of 12 years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Possesses strong leadership skills, demonstrated project management ability and positive approach managing teams and project related issues.
• Strong experience leading large, enterprise-wide development projects, particularly web development.
• Champion Agile to inspire change and continuous improvement throughout the delivery process.
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Help design strategy both from a technical and functional level.
• Project planning, road mapping, assisting with architecture planning.
• Management and coordination of resources.
• Status updates and executive communication.
• Perform product demos to customers.
• Full lifecycle project/program management.
• Proactively identify issues, manage risks and mitigate them.
• Analyze data and make recommendations, communicate conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders for effective decision-making.
• Ensure cross functional teams set realistic target dates to implement solutions during design / estimation process.
• Communicate effectively across diversity of functional areas.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
