1. Bachelors’ Degree with at least 0 to 3 years of relevant professional work experience with concentration in quality assurance OR an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

2. Solid knowledge and experience in test case preparation and execution

3. Ability to work in an agile scrum team environment

4. Strong knowledge in quality assurance processes and techniques

5. Very strong troubleshooting abilities

6. Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

7. Experience or knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly agile fundamentals

8. Solid understanding of one or more modern industry standard software languages and frameworks for development and unit testing

9. Familiarity with one or more web scripting languages and frameworks

10. Experience in the implementation and execution of automation testing and coverage that ensures the delivery of a high quality user experience for web, mobile, iOS, Android platforms

11. Experience or knowledge of automation test frameworks and scripting

12. Good understanding of Test Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development strategies and approaches.
