JOB DETAIL

· Define, plan, organize, track and manages the project to meet defined requirements according to PLM

· Coordinate IT team activities to ensure completion of communication, design, build, test deliverables and ensure successful project release delivery in compliance with required controls and stage gates as it aligns with the TCO delivery schedule

· Provides accurate status communication regarding status, including  TCO risks, issues and scope changes is clear and managed to resolution that is leveraged across multiple stakeholders

· Project plan and coordination with stakeholders

· Project kick off, resource onboarding to project

· Manage PPM/Clarity processes, Project stage gates & deliverables; Going through formal processes like CAB, Archer (ISSR, any ISG requirements), coordination with Audit team (if any)

· Support cost tracking for resources, CRs

· Regression Test / SIT planning, drive testing to closure, signoff, defects tracking & resolution process including interface to other systems

· Work with vendor & global governance team on issue resolution, prioritization, escalation

· Hyper-care planning, own lessons learnt, project communication, reporting, management/ coordination, etc.

· Track & manage transport build list

· Ensure Upgrade Governance team is kept in loop
Qualifications:
- 7+ years Technical PM Experience
- 3+ years Upgrade Management Experience
