Our client in the Retail/Ecommerce space is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing list of projects. This Project Manager will partner with a group in the Data Analytics department to dig into the data and pinpoint the problem to present findings to the brand presidents. This entails pulling data from disparate systems into data analysis tools and liaising with the technical resources involved.
Support multiple projects within Master Data Management teams
Classify products, taxonomies and hierarchies
Provide root cause analyst into issues with brand presidents including but not limited to issues within: Staffing, Storage, Warehousing, or Distribution
Embrace change and manage competing priorities. Must be able to pivot laterally from one focus to another while maintaining tactical (10,000 ft view) and strategic (50,000 ft view) of project and program objectives.
Work with QA and financial teams
Must have experience managing projects associated with Master Data Management, hierarchical relationships and taxonomies, data modeling, product categorization, data integration, and Business intelligence
Candidate must possess a strong financial acumen, including
Understanding of forecasts
How to process actual costs, accruals, and reversals
Appreciation of capital and expense funding
Managing vendors and vendor billing.
Candidate must have experience managing application development projects using Agile methodologies, preferably exposure to the SAFe methodologies.
Candidate must have exposure to SAFe Agile, ITIL, or PMP. Certifications not necessarily required, candidate must demonstrate ability to appreciate differing models (Agile and Waterfall), governance lifecycle, and have experience with artifact creation, review, and submission.
Candidate should have exposure to quality assurance testing methodologies, tools, and terminology.
