5+ yrs Experience in ASP.Net, C# based development and Support applications.

Exposure to MS Azure Cloud based application development & support will be a plus

Ability to quickly analyze production support issues including code & functional analysis, 3rd party integrations, Database queries, Stored procedures etc

Techno-functional experience in Utilities Customer Care web applications & related applications would be a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills to interact with business and other 3rd party vendors

Must have experience of coordinating with teams working in different geographies and time zones

Good understanding and experience working in Agile teams
