1.            Experience and understanding end-to-end data flows of retail baking deposit, credit card, lending, customer, data marts, etc.

2.            Good understanding of retail banking data and how they related to account opening and account servicing processes

3.            Experience on retail banking data solution architecture

4.            Nice to have API experience

5.            Experience in real-time, event-based and batch integrations

6.            Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.

7.            Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.

8.            Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.

9.            Able to manage ambiguity, and guide delivery teams

10.          Help and support test leads for large merger programs for end-end data requirement and testing

11.          Can also support with data conversion and reports/analytics re-mapping
