Responsibilities
· Leverage extensive working experience in Oracle R12 EBS modules of Quote-To-Invoice, Order to cash & Procure-to-Pay cycles to implement a state of the art quoting model
· Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams of IT and business.
· Leverage understanding of existing oracle solution and help business to drive maximum benefit and scale for newer business.
· Provides solutions for business requirements, prepares functional requirements and solution documents. Document business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams.
· Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
· Provides user support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.
· Using standard methodologies, analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements, and advise and instruct other staff responsible for such development.
· Prepare test scripts, performs testing and conducts SIT and support UAT sessions
Qualifications:
· The candidate must have a demonstrable track record of 2+ successful Oracle R12 ERP production implementations and the ability to work in a team environment.
· In depth knowledge of Oracle R12 and specialized in implementing Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Modules and financial modules
· Superior communications and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
· Ability to effectively work across organizations to ensure alignment between business and technical delivery
· Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications architecture, Oracle database tools such as SQL Plus, Toad and SQL Developer is strongly preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively with target audience; prepare presentations and communicate effectively at various levels of management.
· Demonstrated ability to identify root causes/issues and troubleshoot, considering both long and short-term impact of proposed solutions and developed workable solutions.
· Adept self-starter, needs minimal guidance, skilled in achieving objective results-oriented goals.
· Extensive Functional skills in business user interactions, system requirements gathering, and supporting customizations in enterprise software environments.
· Self-Driven and ability to react to change and shifting priorities.
· The ERP Functional Analyst must be proficient in OM, PO, Pricing, Inventory and Costing.
· The ERP Functional Analyst must understand the end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay cycle, and any related functions.
