Duties for Product owner
Drive the development of API platform to build the capability to identify, track, and read the orders placed through the Java
Fullstack/Microservices.
Build and manage the product backlog. Create new user stories for the requirements and features to be implemented and add
them to the product backlog.
Refine and prioritize the items in the • product backlog.
Drive Sprint planning, Present the high priority user stories in the product backlog to the team, get the estimates and select the
ones to be worked during the sprint and add them to the sprint backlog.
Review the sprint backlog items that are completed, check, and accept if they meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and
acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint review meetings and sprint demos, inspect the product/software increments to ensure that it is lined with
the roadmap and objective.
Take part in the sprint retrospective, brainstorm ideas and suggestions to increase product quality and work processes. Adapt
them to product backlog items, Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) if needed.
Conduct product backlog refinement sessions with the development team. Review the pending product backlog items, add
better estimates, detailed descriptions and re-prioritize them if needed.
• Provide production support on a rotation basis.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with IT management, software
development and test teams, and infrastructure teams, and with business partners
• Working knowledge of IT systems, Agile, and SDLC
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives.
• Strong negotiation/facilitation skills with an ability to gain consensus
• Ability to facilitate solutions in a complex IT technology and business environment and able to adapt quickly to change.
• Ability to manage customer expectations throughout the program implementation and delivery process.
