- 10 - 12 years of DevOps implementation primarily focused on Salesforce platform
- Experience with tools like Copado, CI/CD (Git, Ant, Jenkins etc) implementation, SCA and automated regression testing
- Experience with Process definition and orchestration for centralized DevOps spanned across multiple teams and Orgs, Create Runbooks
- Experience with CLI tools, scripting for scheduling and automation
- Strong knowledge of different development environments (Git, Atlassian tools: JIRA, Bitbucket)
- Have experience in architecting the solution for the clients
- Should have good experience in documenting the solutions and creating architecture diagrams using tools like Visio ArchiMate etc..
- Should have excellent communication skills
