The IT Asset Management Analyst will assist with planning, acquisition, compliance, and overall costing and life cycle related to managing IT software assets and their corresponding maintenance contract for the company.  The Analyst will work with the internal team, clients, and vendors and will act as the point of contact for software asset related issues and requests.  Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
	- Handle incoming software requests received.
- Track software maintenance contracts.
- Influence product purchases, assuring adherence to all technology procurement standards.
- Request quotes from various vendors to achieve "best price" for the organization.
- Provide support on projects as necessary.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
	- Have prior experience with ServiceNow
- Have a solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL foundation
- Have experience delivering excellent customer support by being proactive, checking understanding, and practicing active listening.
	- Focus on efficiency and organization

Work Location
	- This position will require the selected candidate to report to work on site for training.  The position will be remote after training has been completed.
