- Network switching, routing, IP addressing, and Internet connectivity
- Full time senior level technical support experience in a complex enterprise networking environment including analytical, problem solving
- Thorough working knowledge of network fundamentals including IP networking
- Experience with security and firewall administration to include data network implementation
- Experience with advanced diagnostics equipment and tools, routing protocols, network management tools, remote access, Ethernet, and WAN technologies
- Visio skills
- In-depth experience with F5 products
- Strong preference for experience implementing Cloud technologies
- Strong preference for Unix scripting skills (e.g. Perl, Bash, TCL cURL).
- Experience with VMware implementation and administration.
