• Sole point of contact to resolve Incidents, Request, Problems assigned toServiceNow group in a time-sensitive manner.

• Communicate via Notes section in ServiceNow when a ticket is being worked on& provide ETA for resolution.

• Focus solution on configuration in order of avoid scripting/ custom codewhere possible & leveraging expertise of Flow Designer.

• Complete development, configuration, workflow administration, and createdesign documentation required to fulfill business requirements

• Implement new modules/applications, build integrations, perform unit testing,design ATF, and assist with patching/upgrade releases

• Design Performance Analytics dashboards and maintain supporting datacollection jobs/widgets/etc. & report on a regular basis to ServiceNowProduct Owner.

• Own maintenance requests such as edits to existing Service Catalogs, contenton Service Portal, removal of certain form fields etc.

• Manage Discovery scheduled and assist with maintaining CMDB integrity

• Work closely with operational groups responsible for monitoring/managing thetechnical infrastructure to identify platform expansion opportunities

• Provide daily operational support, assist with license management, andperform maintenance for all products on the platform

• Provide analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technicalissues
