The client is in the business of manufacturing cleaning equipment. The client has an existing SAP ECC 6 EHp7 System for its US and Europe operations. They have acquired a new business in Europe and intend to bring the new business into the existing SAP instance.
The purpose of this project is to conduct business blueprinting exercise for the new business to map it into the existing SAP landscape. Process improvement in current SAP processes is also in scope.
Modules in scope:
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Material Management (MM)
- Finance and Control (FICO)
- Warehouse management (WM)
- Customer service (CS) – Integration with non-SAP FSM system
- Production Planning – integration with Non-SAP PP System
Skills required:
- Analytical capability to identify existing process in Client's SAP system that can be mapped to the new business
- SAP MM and WM Functional Consulting work experience of at least 10+years with at three end-to-end implementations (mergers) in a discrete manufacturing environment
- Some functional and configuration knowledge on SAP PP module desired
- Experience in setting up and testing of SAP best practices in the system and use them for fit-gap workshop demonstration
- Must : Hands-on Experience in conducting Business Blueprint Workshops ( Fit-gap) and gathering requirement, Writing BBP document, Gap-Fit analysis, to-be analysis & documentation, data migration objects, and presenting to client for sign off
- Sound Integration knowledge within other SAP modules – SD, FICO, CS
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and capable of planning work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage and coordinate Offshore Team
