o Data Architecture
o Overall experience of 7+ years in IT delivery.
o Provide expertise to optimize existing server based complex processes, in cloud based alternatives and provide expertise in scaling processes as our data grows or processes become more complex.
o Evaluate our current non-cloud based data structures (and processes) and provide expertise around how best to create cloud based alternatives
o Experience developing successful cloud based alternatives for large non-cloud based widely distributed data sets
o Understanding /exposure of Cloud platforms applications is preferrable
o Experience with scalability in cloud based large data sets and processes
o Familiarity with database administration concepts
o Good Knowledge of Enterprise Datawarehouse design/architecture.
o Good experience with architecting a multi-tenant solution
o Knowledge of Healthcare industry.
o Experience in Agile methodologies.
o Stay current on latest technology to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
o Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external clients.
o Good Client Interfacing skills excellent communication
