Project Overview: Building an e-commerce platform for large luxury Retail client. The program follows Agile methodology with 2 week sprints.

Must have skill sets/experience required for this role: 1. Agile Scrum Master experience  2. Strong Communication  3. Dependency Management 4. Retail E-Commerce experience

As a Scrum Master you will:
·       Lead global, cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable results for our clients
·       Own the delivery process end to end, overseeing continuous improvement and enacting changes when appropriate
·       Facilitate discussions at stand ups, agile/scrum ceremonies, and conflict resolution meetings
·       Work with product managers and the delivery team to ensure common priorities, manage dependencies and remove impediments
·       Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues and risks
·       Coach the team towards adopting and understanding scrum and work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application in the organization.

Experience:
·       Well versed in Agile delivery methodology
·       Scrum Master certification is preferred
·       Hands-on delivery experience working on Jira, confluence
·       Experience with Dependency Management
·       Strong communication
·       Must have Retail E-commerce industry experience
