o              Strong experience of working directly with business stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, Finance etc.
o              At least 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
o              Good understanding of SAFe methodology.
o              Good understanding of Business Process Modelling.
o              Excellent written & verbal communication, documentation skills.
o              Comfortable working with cross-functional/platform teams in multiple locations
o              Preferably coming from a technical background.
o              Domain: Understanding of Logistics industry, digital etc.
