-  Align and manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones in support of timely execution of critical Path milestone

-  Track, control and report on the costs, risks and issues

- Manage stake holders and executive communications.

- Lead and oversee the Program and Steerco meetings.  Facilitate decisions, and clear obstacles

- Prior experience in M&A integration and/or carveouts is a must

- Must have prior experience in large scale ERP, CRM, cloud, data center, network, EUC migrations
