- Minimum 4 -year college degree.
- Hands-on experience as a big data developer over 5 years with a proven record of multiple successful deliveries.
- Experience with Hadoop (at least 3 years), Spark/Scala (at least 3 years), Python (at least 2 years), Angular (at least 2 years), Graph technologies (at least 2 years), Kafka (1 year)
- Hands-on in UNIX (at least 3 years), Autosys (at least 2 years), and Java(at least 2 years).
- Experience in a variety of database technologies mainly Hive, Impala, Oracle or SQL server
- Good understanding of analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent analytical skills and Compliance business knowledge.
- Extremely organized and should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Team player and ability to gel-well with global team and support them as needed.
- Highly self-motivated with a confident “do the right thing” attitude.
- Hands-on experience with any Business Intelligence tools (preferably Tableau)
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to influence architecture/design and communicate effectively to Senior management and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in Ab-Initio ETL tool and Tableau business intelligence tool.
- Experience working with global team which included Data Scientist, Business analyst and developers.
