Role: Application Developer - SQL & IBM Varicent
Duration: 6 Months + , CTH
Location : Remote/ If converting to full time, needs to be in the IL footprint
 
Responsibilities:
 
• 5 or more years of relevant professional work experience working on Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform
• 5 or more years developing and supporting software applications
• Deep understanding of the Varicent incentive compensation management platform, or comparable platforms
• Strong SQL skills, preferably utilizing MySQL
• Experience working in all phases of the IT delivery cycle
• Strong business and IT technology experience
• Ability to break down complex processes into simple concepts and speak both technically and with business acumen
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills

Skills Required:
MySQL,Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform

*  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
