·                   Perform functional analysis, requirements definition and SAP HCM module configuration and testing.

·                   Work with other team members and user groups to solve business problems with available technologies.

·                   Strong knowledge in SAP HCM including PA, OM, Benefits (US), Payroll (US), Time Management and Portal (ESS/MSS)

·                   Knowledge of cloud solutions and its integration with on premise applications.

·                   Ability to develop functional requirements specifications, technical specifications and setting of configurations.

·                   Understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of business solutions

·                   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as MS Azure

·                   Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow) and Testing tool - HP ALM.

·                   Strong Oral and written communication skills
