Role
Senior Business/Systems analyst to lead business processes/requirement between client and 3rd party platforms. Documentation , root Cause, Triage defects.

- Ability to analyze /triage defects in implementation and do a Root Cause. Ability to open the code and see the system calls that are being made and track back to the APIs. They should be able to identify issue and then notify appropriate team (Product, QA, Dev) of the defect so they can address.
